Loyalty Rewards Program
Enjoy the benefits of our free rewards program at Shepherd’s Hollow and Pine Trace Golf Club. The rewards program allows you to earn points every time you play or dine with us. Rewards members will be able to redeem these points for complimentary rounds of golf. Joining the rewards program will also give you first access to receiving special promotions!
How the program works

Points will be awarded as 1 point for each dollar spent.

To become a Silver Rewards Member, you must earn 2,500 points. Once a Silver Rewards Member, you will earn a point and a half for every dollar spent.

To become a Gold Rewards Member, you must earn 5,000 points. Once a Gold Rewards Member, you will earn two points for every dollar spent.

To sign up simply click the link below and you will be emailed a sign up form. You can also sign up in person with any Pro Shop staff member.
Rewards Membership Rules and Regulations

Rewards are issued and redeemed at both Shepherd’s Hollow and Pine Trace Golf Club.

The points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. Points cannot be assigned, exchanged, transferred, purchased, given by gift or accrued from guests. Points cannot be sold, bartered, rented or otherwise disposed of.

All points collected are the sole property of Shepherd’s Hollow and Pine Trace Golf Club. We reserve the right to revoke the points at any time.

Points will start and expire at the beginning or end of each calendar year.

To participate in the program a customer must become a member. There is no enrollment fee and there is no purchase required in order to become a member.

Each rewards member has a unique number associated to it. It will be registered to the member's name, phone number and email.

Shepherd’s Hollow and Pine Trace Golf Club will not add points without a receipt or any other proof of purchase.

The number of points awarded for each purchase and the accounts balance will be indicated at the bottom of each receipt.

A member can cancel their membership at any time.

Shepherd’s Hollow and Pine Trace Golf Club reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations for the rewards program as deemed necessary.
Privacy
Shepherd’s Hollow and Pine Trace Golf Club respects the privacy of all if its rewards members. All personal information collected will be used to collect points in the members account and to contact our members to advise of special promotions. Shepherd’s Hollow and Pine Trace Golf Club will not use or disclose personal information about a member without receiving prior consent.
