Pro Shop


Our pro shop staff works on a variety of tasks in order to provide our guests with exceptional customer service. This department’s responsibilities include booking customer tee times, responding to phone calls and emails, organizing and maintaining the pro shop, selling merchandise, and assisting customers when necessary.

Our starter and ranger staff has a significant responsibility of informing our guests about the course before they play. Along with greeting golfers, our starters and rangers have the responsibility of managing the course play. Maintaining steady tee times, keeping track of the pace and monitoring what’s going on are all extremely important duties that contribute to the customer experience!

Cart Staff


A customer’s first impression of the course begins with the cart staff. A friendly and helpful staff adds to the positive customer experience. Our cart members have the responsibilities of greeting customers, managing the cart lot and bag drop, and maintaining the range.

House Keeping

Presenting a clean, organized appearance can mean a lot to our customers. Our housekeeping staff brings the professional atmosphere to our business. They are in charge of the facility’s upkeep, overlooking the cleanliness of the clubhouse, pro shop and event venue at Shepherd’s Hollow.

Kitchen: Line Cooks, Prep Cooks and Dishwashers

Our kitchen staff works to ensure that our guests are receiving a quality dining service. Creating exceptional meals, preparing plates for our indoor and outdoor restaurant, and maintaining the kitchen are some of the kitchen team’s key tasks. This department greatly contributes to the experience of our clients, who celebrate memorable events at our course and venue.

Banquet Servers


Similar to our restaurant servers’ responsibilities, our banquet team members work to provide the best event dining services for our clients. Our servers have a big impact on a couple’s wedding day, as well as those in attendance! Delivering our specialty meals to guests attending an event, offering meaningful customer service, and responding to the customers’ needs are all important responsibilities of this department.

Restaurant Servers


Our restaurant servers strive to present our dining services in a professional, yet friendly manner. This department greets guests, serves food and drinks, maintains the turn grille, and manages the bar. Our golfers interact with our wait staff before, during, and after their round on the course. The main goal for our restaurant servers is to leave each guest satisfied after their dining experience.

Something we emphasize at Shepherd’s Hollow is our exceptional service, starting with our one-of-a-kind course. Our maintenance crew has the responsibility of maintaining the overall grounds of our property, including not only our course, but our landscaping around the clubhouse and banquet venue too. Internal and external upkeep are a major part of this department’s responsibilities.
