A Message to our Customers
A Message to Our Customers,
As the situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, we are taking the necessary steps to help safeguard our customers and employees.
Nothing is more important than your health and safety, and the need to protect those most vulnerable to the coronavirus.
Since our inception, Pine Trace and Shepherd’s Hollow Golf Clubs have lived by the core value “take care of our guests and employees.” This enduring value guides us as we face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19), which the World health Organization declared a pandemic on March 11th.
We are closely monitoring the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local health agencies for the latest developments related to COVID-19 and following the guidance of government and public health officials.
Our thoughts and prayers are with those who have been affected by this unprecedented event. We appreciate and support the efforts of healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are on the front line working to contain this coronavirus.
The coronavirus pandemic is a serious health risk. Each individual is responsible for their own behavior and decisions. We are taking multiple steps to minimize health risks to our customers and employees. Some of the steps we are currently taking include:
Disinfecting surfaces like doorknobs, tables, countertops, bar top, chairs, sinks, faucets, door handles, and bathroom levers frequently during the day.
Requiring employees to stay home, if they are ill, a family member is ill, or possibly exposed to the coronavirus.
Ensuring systems are in place so employees can work remotely.
Disinfecting cart steering wheels, hand grips, and gear shifts.
We are building on an ever-present focus on cleanliness and continually assessing ways to enhance your safety throughout your time on our properties.
We value our relationship with our guests and our employees. Their safety is of paramount concern to us. We want to reiterate our commitment that we are taking the necessary steps to help ensure your safety. As additional information from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization is made available, we will update you on any changes regarding our response to the coronavirus.
